Tetra Pasteruriser - is an automatic module with PLC integrated with the control panel , type Siemens

The panel HMI (Human Machine Interface ), the operator selects the start / stop pumps,

open / close / automatic work of valves.

There are up to 5 production settings such as temperature , temperature sterilization and

CIP .

PID controllers contained in the PLC program, available for viewing / editing from within

HMI .

HMI panel displays process data such as temperature, pressure , flow .

Presentation of the alarms on the HMI such as feedback signals from the pump motors , low

pasteurization temperature , low level in the expansion tank , low pressure

pressure transducers .
