-5 cheese horizontal tanks (mixers), working volume 16000 L each

-2 pre-presses

-2 main presses

-1 rest table

-forms and covers washer (CIP circut, after each bath)

-belt conveyors and transporters

-2 sets of forms (140 pcs each)

*valve collectors:

upper - whey, process water, CIP

bottom - milk, slurry, CIP

*full automatic control
