3. TFDS10×1 Vacuum Freeze Drying Equipment Quotation Configuration

1. The drying cylinder of TFDS10*1 vacuum freeze drying equipment is made of stainless steel

SS304; the water box . heating plate and metal hose are all made of stainless steel.

2. To satisfy the need of production, there are 2 sets of trays for every drying cylinder. Material

trays are used stainless steel SUS304.

3. Each freezing dryer has three set vacuum pump, the vacuum pump brand is Leybold, and the

compressing unit is two stage rotary vane pumps, clean and low cost.

5. In heating system, the heat medium is pure water, it not only have a fast heat conduction and big heat load, but also have a quick cooling rate, so that can ensure the food quality, and if there

is any leakage, the pure water cannot bring any pollution to foods.

6. Drying cylinder and Shelf plate freezer share one refrigerating unit . Refrigerating unit is

Bitzer piston type compressing condensing compressor, the refrigerant is R22, it is controlled

by PLC, and all of the information can be indicated. There are 20 meters refrigerating pipe from

cold trap.

1. TFDS10 Vacuum Freeze Cylinder

Cylinder - 1 set

Freeze drying cylinder is horizontal and cylindrical; it is opened in front, so the material trays can go in and out. The cylinder material is stainless steel; there is 30mm thickness rubber sponge to preserve

heat outside. Its dimension is(L*W*H) 2600×2000×1800 mm, inside diameter is 1600mm, cylinder wall thickness is 6mm.

 

2. Cylinder door - 1 piece

Dry cylinder door is translational. Fixed by hinge on the chamber body The track and support are made of SUS304. The doors is stainless steel, inner and outer surfaces are polished

 

3. Heating plate - 13 pieces

Heating plate working temperature: 0 ~100 C, single-cylinder heating plate number: 13 pieces.

Between the plates, the difference in temperature does not exceed ± 1 ° C; no deformation and no cracking. Single heating plate's dimensions: 1270mm length, 750mm width, 15mm thickness.

Heating plate header is made of stainless steel SUS304, and connector hose is stainless steel hose.

Cold traps are tube type; lay horizontally in the backside of dry cylinder. U-shaped cooling tube staggered in the cold trap which is made from steel pipe 10 20 -GB8163, φ 32x2,5. U-shaped tubes is staggered in the cold trap, and made of carbon steel seamless pipe φ 32x2,5. Overall hot-dip zinc treatment. Manifold is equipped inside of cold trap, airflow through the shunt from both ends toward the middle, frosting evenly. Stainless steel spray defrost pipes is arranged top side of cold trap, so can sprayed evenly on cold surface
